What are the payment terms?
Payment in full is due at the time of sign up, and your membership lasts for one year from that date.
What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel within 72 hours of signing up for a full refund, provided no services have been requested or rendered. After that window, membership fees are non-refundable and your membership runs for one year from the date of purchase. You may choose not to renew at the end of the cycle.
What if my membership lapses? Is all my data lost?
Your records remain available for download after your membership ends. See our privacy policy for the retention period.
