VP of Operations

Build and lead the operational infrastructure behind SkinBit's growing multi-site clinical network.

SkinBit is a venture-backed, membership-based clinical skin-screening service scaling a network of company-owned clinics and partner colocations.

This ground-floor executive role owns the operating infrastructure for both deployment models. The right candidate has personally built a repeatable multi-site healthcare playbook and is ready to own the function with a direct line to the founders. In the first year, this leader will define the deployment playbooks, launch sites, build the operating team, and establish the vendor and partner infrastructure the network runs on.

Responsibilities

• Build and own deployment playbooks for company-owned clinics and partner colocations.
• Lead site selection, buildout coordination, and launch execution.
• Hire, onboard, and manage distributed front-line clinical support teams.
• Standardize clinical workflows and member experience across every site.
• Manage critical vendor and partner relationships.
• Build operational reporting and metrics infrastructure from the ground up.
• Represent operations in founder-level strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership experience rolling out at least 10 physical healthcare locations.
• Multi-site healthcare background in retail health, urgent or primary care, diagnostics, membership health, or a comparable field.
• Experience building rather than inheriting a repeatable deployment playbook.
• Track record hiring and managing distributed front-line clinical teams.
• Comfort creating structure in an early-stage environment.
• Los Angeles-based or willing to relocate, with frequent travel.
